Directions: Take a left to follow McCoppins Mill Road, crossing over the Rocky Fork Bridge. Take the next left onto Skeen Road. Follow Skeen Road 0.3 miles. The Maude's Cedar Narrows Trailhead will be to the left.
Connector Trail: 0.6 mile easy trail that connects the Sanctuary West Trailhead to the Maude's Cedar Narrows Trailhead. Trail originates off of the Eagle's Aerie Trail and runs into McCoppin Mill Road.
